Due to the recent changes by The Department of Motor Vehicles all paperwork will now have to be completed by the auction company as a  vehicle dealer.  In state fees will include, SC Sale Tax, Title Registration and Transfer fees which will be collected in addition to your final invoice amount.  SC sale tax is 5 percent of vehicle cost (Maximum of $500.00) – Other fees will be a maximum of 125.00 excluding property tax due by purchaser. We do not collect property tax you will be billed by the Authors Office.  Out of State transfer will only pay a title fee of 50.00 for each vehicle purchased. No additional fee is charged for Parts or Bill of Sale “ONLY” sales.
