I understand that, if I am the winning bidder I am responsible for a security deposit in the amount listed in the sample contract. Upon completion of the auction event, a contract will be completed, and sent to you for your digital signature. I will have 24 hours to deliver the full amount of the security deposit by check or wire transfer. 

Once I have entered into a contract with Auction Services LTD I will have 30 days from the end of the auction to close on the property with an attorney of my choice. 

Lastly, please note that with this auction there is a 10% buyers fee applied to the winning bid.
