Multi Property - ONLINE Real Estate
This auction event is for several properties for two estates. Some of the properties have been grouped and are sold as a package. Bidding is online only and closes on Wednesday, Feb 5th @ 3pm. Sample contracts are shown under the documents tab. Contracts and deposit due within 24 hours of the auction close. You may preview the properties anytime during daylight hours.
Inspection: You may preview the properties anytime during daylight hours.
Closing: Within 30 days of auction Close
Buyer’s Premium: 10% Auction Fee is added to all contacts.
Sales Tax: NOT APPLICABLE.
Payment Options: All deposits must be either by cash, check or by wire transfer, Credit cards will be charged equal to the deposit amount if you fail to make the deposit as required. This amount will be refunded once you make the required deposit.
Staggered Closing: Items will close in increments of 1 item every 5 minutes until all lots are closed.
Extended Bidding: If an item receives a bid in the final 3 minutes of bidding, then the bidding for the item will extend for an additional 3 minutes.
