Closing: Within 30 days of auction Close

Payment Options: All deposits must be either by cash, check or by wire transfer, Credit cards will be charged equal to the deposit amount if you fail to make the deposit as required.  This amount will be refunded once you make the required deposit. 

Staggered Closing: Items will close in increments of 1 item every 5 minutes until all lots are closed.

Extended Bidding: If an item receives a bid in the final 3 minutes of bidding, then the bidding for the item will extend for an additional 3 minutes.

Linked Lots: Some lots maybe linked to allow a bidder to bid on the first linked property and then on second without fear of losing the second.  Extended Bidding will affect both properties.
