By clicking below, I hereby acknowledge and affirm that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the full Terms and Conditions of sale, as set forth in the “Forms and Docs” section of the website, together with any auction-specific documents applicable to this event.

I acknowledge that all relevant auction information, including but not limited to pick up schedules, shipping terms, sales tax applicability, and item locations, is disclosed on the auction page and governs this auction.

I understand that all online auctions are conducted in a manner intended to replicate a live auction and utilize a staggered closing format. The stated closing time represents the commencement of lot closings, and subsequent lots will close at intervals determined by the auctioneer.

I agree to comply with all stated pickup requirements. Failure to remove purchased items within the designated timeframe may result in additional fees, storage charges, or forfeiture of items without refund, at the auctioneer’s sole discretion.

If I elect shipping, I acknowledge that processing may take up to fifteen (15) days following the auction close. I accept full responsibility for all shipping, handling, and related costs. Any change from shipping to pick up may result in applicable handling or delayed pickup fees.

I acknowledge that applicable sales tax will be assessed based on the location of the items, unless a valid tax exemption certificate is submitted and accepted in accordance with applicable law.

I authorize the auction company to charge the credit/debit card I have provided for all purchases, applicable taxes, buyer’s premiums, fees, shipping, and other charges incurred. I agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any charges arising from my bidding activity, including charges for items I fail to retrieve, except in cases of proven fraud.

By submitting this request, I formally request approval to participate as a bidder and agree to fully comply with all terms, conditions, and requirements governing this auction.

SCHEDULED PICKUP, DELAYED PICKUP OR THIRD-PARTY PICKUP

All purchased items must be removed in a timely manner. Due to the volume of bidders and our limited staff, we must follow strict pickup guidelines to prepare for upcoming auctions, clear the site, and remain fair to all customers. These guidelines are part of our auction Terms and Conditions.

Scheduled Pickup

Please plan to arrive during the designated pickup dates and times listed above.

Can’t Make the Scheduled Pickup?

We understand that conflicts happen. If you know in advance that you cannot attend the scheduled pickup—or if something unexpected arises—please notify us before the auction closes by:

• Replying to your invoice email with “Delayed Pickup” in the subject line

Once we are notified, we will secure your items for later pickup.

Delayed Pickup Details:

• Most delayed pickups will still be at the original location and will require a delayed pickup fee  fee for us to return and meet you.
• In other cases, items will be moved to our facility. These must be picked up within 10 days after the auction closes, based on our current auction schedule. After that, items will no longer be available.
• Fees:

·         $15.00 for the first crate (up to 20x30 inches)

·         $5.00 for each additional crate

·         Additional $20.00 fee for oversized or bulky items requiring special handling

Important:

Per our bidding terms, your card on file will be charged for purchases and any delayed pickup fees unless you notify us before the pickup period ends that you wish to donate the items.

 

To donate, reply to your invoice email with “Charge and Donate” in the subject line. Items will be donated to a local charity thrift store.

Third-Party Pickup

If someone else will be picking up your items, please notify us when you receive your invoice by replying with “Third Party Pickup” in the subject line.

We will process payment using your card on file and release the items to your designated individual.

Need your auction item shipped?

Auction Services LTD now uses a 3rd party system to arrange, notify and process shipping.  Upon the completion of an auction and receiving your invoice, you will receive an additional e-mail asking you to select from one of two choices - Sign-Up for Pick-Up or Shipping.  After selecting shipping, Auction Services LTD will be notified and you will be be automatically added to our packing list.  You will remain informed and updated throughout the packing and shipping process...

 
When it is packaged and ready for shipping an email for payments of shipping charges will be sent.  Once you have paid for your shipping cost you will receive a tracking number for your shipment so you can track its progress.

 

Please Note: 

We DO NOT ship to addresses that do not correspond to the credit card/registration address.

 

Lastly…  Shipping can take up to 15 working days following the close of the auction event before items are delivered.  Please wait until the 15th day has expired before calling us for delivery information.

Sales Tax Collection

Our Policy…

In order to reduce the difficulty of when to collect sales tax and/or who to send it to… our auction terms for participation in our auction(s) now designates that the “point of delivery” for any item(s) purchased from us … no matter what method of purchase is used… is the address location of the item.  Even if you are having an item shipped to you… the point of acceptance by the delivery agent will be considered the Delivery Location  that the item was shown in the auction information as the “auction location” or “auction site” and the approximate sales tax or that location will be charged, collected and sent to the appropriate agency.  No Refund of sales tax will be made once those money’s have been reported and paid to the state agency.

Therefore, all Non-titled items purchased (Unless a Sales Tax Exception Agreement is on file) will be charged sales tax based on the address listed as point of delivery.   Since titled items usually require the purchaser to pay other fees and/or the difference in taxes that our state collects… we will NOT Charge tax on the sale of items that have a title.  Any and all taxes associated with this type of item will be the full responsibility of the purchaser to report as wells as the payment of the tax due by you in accordance with your state's rules and regulations.
