We've been chosen to organize an auction for Jason's wide assortment of belongings and his home at 306 I Street. Jason was a collector who gathered items from various categories, so there's likely something that'll catch your interest in his collection.  The house has a special history—it belong to Jason's Grandma “Lille”.  So, the family has taken good care of it over its many years. This two-bedroom home has a big family bathroom and features durable aluminum siding that's easy to maintain. The lot is pretty spacious, with 83 feet of front space and 118 feet of depth.

Outside, there's a shaded lot with a useful 12x20 foot storage shed that has electricity, along with a carport at the back of the property. The house stays comfortable with central heating and cooling, and there are extra gas wall heaters for warmth. It's connected to the public water and sewer services.

You can move into this house right away, and with a few small touch-ups, you can personalize it and make it really special. It could be a good investment or a nice first home.
Right now, the “AVM” Market Value which is an estimated based on sales in the area is $106,400.00. Other houses in the area have sold for anywhere between $74,500.00 and $138,300.00. But the exciting part is that you get to decide the final price when the auction happens.

I understand that, this auction has a specific schedule for pick-up of items and that if I do not pickup items… this could result in additional fees for either a delayed pickup or loss of items without refund.

If I elect to have an item shipped it could take up to 10 days after the close of the auction for those item(s) to be prepared for delivery.  The final cost for delivery is mine as the bidder.  If later you elect to pick up and cancel your shipping, you will be charged the appropriate delayed pickup fees.

Lastly, we collect sales tax on all applicable items based on the location of the items you bid on… whether it is shipped or not, unless you have a tax-exempt certificate and complete the exempt form.
