Demolition - Estate of Billy and Nancy Cochran Part 3 - Building Material, Fixtures, and Home Appliances
It is time for our third auction for The Estate of Billy and Nancy Cochran. This time, the house is being torn down. This auction will feature Personal Property and Demolition items. You can find more home décor items like a Medieval Knight statue, electronics such as a Casio LK-44 keyboard, a Hitachi 42" plasma TV, and a Bose sound dock. Beautiful china pieces and clothing items will also be available for bidding. Additionally, the building materials of the house like the sliding door, handrails, cabinets, countertops, and many more will be up for auction. Pickup will be over two days. Personal property pickup is Friday, May 24th, 2024 from 10AM-4PM, and Demolition pickup is Saturday, May 25th, 2024 from 10AM-12PM
